Toppenish is a small city in the Yakima Valley with strong agricultural and Yakama Nation heritage. School bands, church choirs, and community celebrations provide most music, while local bars host country and Norteño acts. Yakima musicians drive south for casual gigs and festivals.

Performances happen at the high school auditorium, community center, American Legion hall, county fairgrounds, and local bars and restaurants. Toppenish has no dedicated concert hall.

Local and regional artists perform here, with musicians from the nearby Yakima scene occasionally passing through.
